Processing & Delivery Times
We work diligently to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:
Order Processing
For worldwide orders, processing may take 7–15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
Processing time includes:
- Order verification and payment confirmation
- Product preparation and quality check
- Secure packaging
- Shipment preparation and handoff to carrier
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email will include:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery timeframe
- Carrier information
Please note: While we make every effort to deliver packages within the estimated timeframe, the actual delivery date may be affected by factors such as:
- Flight schedules and airline capacity
- Customs clearance procedures
- Weather conditions and natural events
- Local delivery schedules and carrier operations
- Public holidays in destination countries
- Other external variables beyond our control

Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery and proper handling of your package, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Required Address Information
Your shipping address must include:
- Correct abbreviations (St., Ave., Blvd., etc.)
- Accurate street numbers and street names
- Building or apartment numbers (if applicable)
- Floor or unit numbers (if applicable)
- Any necessary route or delivery information
- Complete city, state/province, and postal/ZIP code
- Country
Important: Please double-check your address details before finalizing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Customer Responsibility
We cannot be held responsible for:
- Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout
- Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts when the address provided at checkout was accurate and delivery was attempted as scheduled
- Additional fees or delays caused by address corrections or re-routing
- Packages returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect addresses
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
Shipping Restrictions & Special Cases
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware:
- You may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
- Elnavo has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). However, please note that:
- Delivery times may be longer than standard addresses
- Some shipping methods may not be available
- Tracking updates may be limited
Order Status Changes
Out of Stock Items: In the event of a change in order status, such as an item being out of stock, we strive to promptly notify you via email.
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable:
- We will inform you as soon as possible
- If we do not anticipate restocking the item, we will cancel it from your order
- If you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for the canceled item, including any associated taxes or shipping fees
- If you have already been charged, we will issue a refund for the unavailable item
Shipping Issues & Support
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
- Check the tracking information to confirm the delivery status
- If marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or building management
- For damaged packages, take photos of the packaging and contents
- Contact us immediately at support@elnavo.com with your order number and details
Delayed Shipments
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package is significantly delayed:
- Check the carrier's website directly using your tracking number
- Allow a few extra days for international shipments
- If the delay exceeds the estimated timeframe by more than 5 business days, contact us
Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us as undeliverable if:
- The address is incomplete or incorrect
- Multiple delivery attempts were unsuccessful
- The package was refused by the recipient
- Customs clearance was denied
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
